                Dear Customers ! in connection with your projects and signed contracts in Turkmenistan, our usual Project cargo service between Marmara - Turkmenbashı port is again starting to give regular services by the opening of Volgo-Don Canal to River navigation in the first week of April which will be continued till closing date of Canal at the end of October.
                All shipments are realized by sea-river type vessels (they are designed  to navigate even at sea and river) through the Volgo-Don Canal.  Beside having direct service between Marmara – Turkmenbashi range , most advantegous factor is providing best and economic rates to the customers.Our objective is to realize the selection and recruitment of the workforce who will carry out our Company and Group to the future, bearing AYAT SHIPPING values and disposing the qualities most compatible with the job.

We intend to develop our Company identity, taking pride of our history, assimilating the means an international and multi-national company has brought.Since 2009, AYAT SHIPPING has deployed its business activities specializing in liner services to Caspian, and provides the entire spectrum of freight shipments in this region. Throughout 8 months out of the year (April - November) AYAT SHIPPING has 6-8 sailings per month between the ports of Marmara and Caspian Ports (Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Dagestan, Kazakhstan). In addition, transportation by land or rail to internal destinations of Caspian and neighbor countries after the sea transportation is also within the scope of our multimodal transportation services.
AYAT SHIPPING is capable of carrying a wide range of general / unitized cargoes (including heavy and bulky project lifts like reactors, ditching machinery, boats, etc.), break-bulk parcels (steels, forest products) and bulk parcels as well as containerized cargoes.
All ships deployed in the trade are 3000 - 4500 ton sea - river type vessels that are purposely designed to satisfy the specific needs of the market. Low superstructure and low draft allow them to navigate in shallow waters.
All our shipments to the Caspian Sea are realized through the Volgo-Don Canal in the navigation period. It takes vessels about 4 days to reach Rostov where customs clearance procedures for Volgo-Don transit passage are conducted. The vessel passes 18 locks through the Volgo-Don Canal and it takes about 7 days to reach Astrakhan and about 3 days to Turkmenbshi from Astrakhan.
Due to ending of navigation in the Volgo-Don Canal in November due to weather conditions, all our Turkmenbashi shipments are now realized through a combination Batumi ports of Georgia by Sea and Rail transportation to Baku port, where the cargo to be transported to Caspian ports is loaded onto our vessels.
